Each product includes a specific pro-rated warranty guide. For detailed information, click on a product below. Here is a brief overview of what may void or is not covered under warranty—please refer to your product's specific warranty guide for complete details:

  • Accidental damage, such as dropping the product
  • Damage caused intentionally or through negligence
  • Staining or exposure to sunlight, harsh chemicals or elements, cold or freezing temperatures, or water damage
  • Results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents, as these methods cannot accurately measure hydrogen levels and are not accepted for warranty purposes.
