This water pitcher is so valuable to my healthy life that when mine broke down after just 2 months, I was horrified. I didn't wait to go through the warranty process to have access to this powerful product. I immediately ordered another one. Although I'd like the company to credit me the cost of my new pitcher, I may end up with 2 pitchers. The good news is that my old one is covered under their warranty plan. The bad part is that it takes a long time. When this pitcher works, it creates wonderful healing hydrogen water. I'm a fan. I can't imagine my life without its benefits.

That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. At its premium price point, I was disappointed to find the pitcher is made of plastic rather than glass, which would feel more durable and luxurious. Additionally, the lid isn’t airtight, which is a concern since hydrogen escapes quickly from non-sealed containers. An optional airtight lid would be a game-changer to preserve the hydrogen content longer. These oversights feel like missed opportunities for a product at this cost.
Overall, the Echo Water Pitcher is an impressive investment for health-conscious folks, provided it holds up for years as promised. I’m a few months in and loving it, but I hope the company considers these small improvements for an even better experience. Highly recommend, with minor reservations.
